Pollo ai Due Vini

Ingredients for 2
2 60oz organic chicken breast
2 clove of garlic, minced
¼ cup of rosemary
1 glass full dry white wine
½ glass of full bodied red wine
Salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil


Heat up the olive oil in a pan then sautee the chicken until golden then flip it. Add garlic rosemary when golden, add both wines salt and let it evaporate it until it becomes a sauce. Fresh ground pepper and serve.
